With a history dating back to 1999, we operate over 80 programs across 8 states, providing a comprehensive range of high-quality behavioral health care for individuals facing challenges related to substance use, mental health, and other behavioral issues. Work Schedule: Flexible

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct care to clients.
  • Collaborate with primary healthcare providers to address the physical health needs of clients.
  • Coordinate with medical personnel from various facilities, including state and inpatient organizations.


Qualifications:

• Must hold an active medical license in West Virginia (FNP, CRNP, PA, PMHNP, etc.)

• A minimum of one year of experience in a substance use disorder treatment environment, with direct clinical training in this area.
