Job Summary
Sungrow USA Corporation is seeking a skilled Technical Field Service Specialist to join our team in the Northeast US area. This role will involve traveling extensively, with an estimated 80% or more of time spent on the road. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, with a focus on solar inverters and battery storage systems.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing complex field engineering assignments, including pre-commissioning and commissioning of battery storage systems and PV solar inverters. They will also lead Preventive Maintenance projects, perform electrical and electronic troubleshooting, and provide feedback to the engineering team on possible mechanical and electrical design improvements. Additionally, they will work closely with customers to explain technical scope and set up system communication and parameters.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited university or college, along with a minimum of 7 years of overall experience in the engineering field. You must also possess excellent customer service, problem-solving skills, and decision-making and analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) is also required.

Compensation and Benefits
