Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain established standards to ensure maximum value on donated goods
  • Provide coaching and training to assigned associates and volunteers
  • Assist in resolving associate, donor, and customer concerns
  • Follow established loss prevention and security procedures
  • Complete timely and accurate required reports
  • Maintain a safe and orderly work environment

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • One year of retail or customer service experience
  • One year of leadership experience
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and a good driving record
  • Able to lift 40 lbs. on a regular basis and stand on feet for up to eight hours
