Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of pharmacists and support staff to deliver exceptional patient care and services.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve pharmacy operations, including workflow optimization, inventory management, and staff development.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless integration of pharmacy services with other healthcare services.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including state and federal laws, and maintain accurate records and reports.
- Develop and implement marketing plans to promote pharmacy services and increase patient engagement.
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD.
- Current unrestricted pharmacist license in the state of Nebraska and Iowa.
- Certified immunizer or willingness to become an immunizer within 3 months of hire.
- 3+ years of pharmacy leadership experience.
- Authorization to administer long-acting injectables or willingness to obtain within 3 months of hire.
