Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Therapist to join our team in a hybrid remote outpatient setting. As a Therapist, you will provide high-quality therapeutic services to patients in a bio-psychosocial model, facilitating therapeutic groups, leading treatment planning, and conducting psycho-social assessments.

Responsibilities
  • Facilitate therapeutic groups and lead treatment planning
  • Conduct psycho-social assessments and crisis interventions
  • Provide basic consultation to patients and families on mental health issues
  • Participate in short-term supportive family and individual therapy, group therapy, and discharge planning
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Social Work or a clinical related mental health field
  • One year of experience in a psychiatric, behavioral health hospital setting preferred
  • Outpatient experience highly preferred
  • Licensure: LMSW, LCSW, LPC, LPC-I, LMFT
