We are seeking a highly experienced Concrete Superintendent to join our team at CyberCoders. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing multiple commercial projects in the Atlanta metro region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement project plans in collaboration with the operations team
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal crews, ensuring seamless communication and project execution
- Monitor and manage time sheets, delivery tickets, and daily reports to ensure project efficiency
- Supervise crews to ensure safe work practices and high-quality job performance
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources effectively
- Maintain and analyze the punch list process to ensure timely project turnover
- Strong time management, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a superintendent in a large-scale self-perform GC or concrete contractor
- Self-perform experience in concrete is required
- Proven track record of managing various project types, with a focus on commercial and industrial projects
- In-depth knowledge of construction principles and practices, with experience on projects exceeding $1M
- Procore experience is a plus
