A Full-Time Concrete Superintendent is needed to manage many commercial projects in the Atlanta metro region. What You Will Be Doing

• Working with the operations team to develop the project plan
• Acting as a customer liaison and supervisor for internal crews and subcontractors
• Using and monitoring time sheets, delivery tickets, and daily reports
• Holding crews responsible for safe work practices and job performance
• Ability to oversee several projects at once
• Maintain and analyze the punch list process and project turnover
  

What You Need for this Position

• Strong time management, communication, and interpersonal skills required
• 5+ years of superintendent experience for a large scale Self-Perform GC or Concrete Contractor.
• Self-perform experience of concrete is required.
• Seeking someone with a variety of project types with emphasis on Commercial/Industrial.
• In depth knowledge of construction principles/practices required with experience on projects over $1M.
• Procore experience a plus
