Network Infrastructure Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining network infrastructure within our IT and operational technology environment. This role requires a deep understanding of network protocols, security measures, and industrial control systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement robust network architectures tailored for OT and IT environments.
  • Configure and deploy network devices, including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless access points.
  • Ensure network redundancy and high availability to support critical OT systems.
  • Monitor network performance and conduct regular assessments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Perform network maintenance, including software updates, patches, and upgrades.
  • Optimize network configurations to enhance performance and security.
  • Implement and enforce network security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), and VPNs.
  • Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
  • Respond to and mitigate network security incidents.
  • Work closely with IT and OT teams to integrate and support network solutions.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for network-related issues in OT environments.
  • Maintain detailed network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in network engineering, with a focus on OT environments.
  • Proven experience with network design, implementation, and maintenance in industrial or manufacturing settings.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% to Divert facilities throughout the US.
