Job Summary

We offer a competitive salary, medical, dental, vision, 401k, and other benefits, as well as a great family environment. Our team has year-round work, and we are looking for someone who can start at $28.00 an hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
  • Repair and maintain construction equipment, including backhoes, loaders, skid steers, paving machines, and more.
  • Operate and inspect equipment to diagnose defects and ensure operating efficiency.
  • Test overhauled equipment to ensure it is in good working condition.
Requirements
  • Diagnose, service, and repair various systems found on heavy equipment, including mechanical and computer electronic controls, air brake systems, transmissions, and pneumatic systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance checks and adjustments on equipment, including fluid levels, hoses, belts, brakes, tires, and clutches.
  • Service, diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicle fleet, including light-duty trucks, tandem dump trucks, and semi-trucks.
  • Tune gas and diesel engines, service valves, fuel filters, and turbochargers, and pressure check fuel filters.
  • Diagnose problems, disassemble units, repair or replace parts, and reassemble units in various systems, including brakes, cooling, drive, and more.
Physical Requirements
  • Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs.
  • Frequent walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, and climbing.
