Mascot Ambassador

We are seeking a highly energetic and charismatic individual to join our team as a Mascot Ambassador at the Minnesota Twins. This exciting part-time opportunity offers the chance to engage with fans, promote the team's brand, and bring joy to children of all ages.

The Mascot Ambassador will be responsible for performing in-suit as our beloved mascot, participating in game-day events, and representing the Minnesota Twins at various functions. As a key member of our team, you will be expected to embody the values of passion, hustle, heart, and fun that define our organization.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Perform in-suit as the Twins mascot during home games and select events
• Engage with fans through interactive features, contests, and promotions
• Collaborate with the Manager, Mascot Programs, to develop new ideas and activities
• Represent the Minnesota Twins at community events and functions
• Participate in pre-game meetings and discuss game-day strategies with the team

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a sports or corporate mascot
• Excellent physical skills, including dancing, tumbling, and gymnastics
• Strong non-verbal communication skills and ability to interact with fans in costume
• A positive, energetic, and creative personality
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Salary Range: $25-$35 per hour
