We are seeking a collaborative problem-solver to join our team as an o9 Senior Consultant at Cervello, a Kearney company. As a key member of our planning practice, you will contribute to diverse consulting projects, offering practical guidance to clients.
Key Responsibilities- Lead client o9 engagements, working closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and challenges.
- Configure, customize, and extend the functionality of o9 environments to meet updated client requirements and objectives.
- Lead project workstreams and teams, overseeing project delivery, timeline adherence, and resource allocation.
- Mentor and coach junior team members in designing models and executing build tasks.
- Deliver client-facing demonstrations of the o9 solution tailored to address individual client use cases, effectively showcasing its capabilities during the presales process.
- More than 2 years' experience in consulting with a focus on supply chain management, operations, or technology implementation.
- Proficiency in o9 platform modules, APIs, and integration capabilities, with a deep understanding of its functionalities.
- Knowledgeable in software architecture principles, agile project methodologies, and best practices.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to analyze complex technical requirements and propose effective solutions; excellent communication and collaboration skills, including experience in agile environments.
