Job SummaryAs a QMAP Medication Assistant and Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents. You will be responsible for preparing and administering medications under the direction of a Licensed Nurse, as well as providing support with daily living activities.
Responsibilities- Prepare and administer medications to residents under the direction of a Licensed Nurse
- Provide support with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Participate in care plans to ensure residents receive the best possible care
- Support residents in social events and activities to promote a healthy lifestyle
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Current QMAP certification in Colorado
