As a Medication Technician, you will work closely with our nursing staff to coordinate medication services, maintain accurate records, and provide exceptional care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and distribute medications to residents in accordance with established protocols and procedures.
- Coordinate medication services with residents, pharmacies, and physicians to ensure seamless care.
- Maintain accurate and confidential resident medication and care records.
- Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and staff.
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience assisting with medication at a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE).
- High school diploma or equivalent; Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
