Job Summary

As a Merchandise Coordinator at Marshalls, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient processing of merchandise onto the sales floor. This involves executing receiving and merchandising standards, training and mentoring Associates, and maintaining a clean and organized store. You will be responsible for creating a positive internal and external customer experience, promoting a culture of honesty and integrity, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient processing of merchandise
  • Train and mentor Associates on established merchandising and processing principles
  • Maintain a clean and organized store, including the backroom area
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and policies
  • Promote a culture of honesty and integrity
Requirements
  • 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience
  • Superior communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
  • Team player with excellent customer service skills
