Key Responsibilities
  • Room Preparation and Cleaning: Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in all hotel rooms, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities.
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff, including assigning tasks, providing training and feedback, and ensuring that all team members are meeting their responsibilities.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of hotel rooms and public spaces to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and quality.
  • Supply Management: Manage the inventory and distribution of housekeeping supplies, including linens, cleaning products, and amenities.
  • Guest Services: Respond to guest requests and concerns related to housekeeping, including resolving issues and providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in hotel housekeeping, with a focus on leadership and management.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, staff, and management.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or a related field preferred.
  • Certifications: Blood Borne Pathogen Certification and OSHA Certification preferred.
Working Conditions

The physical demands of this role include lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for long periods, and frequent bending, kneeling, and crouching. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of quality.
