KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


Oversee the initiation and management of comprehensive projects aimed at enhancing machine uptime, operational efficiencies, and overall production quality, including innovative design and engineering solutions.

Supervise team members to ensure daily tasks are completed effectively, contributing to the maintenance and enhancement of the facility's environment, both internally and externally.

Manage all aspects of maintenance, repair, and refurbishment for the facility, its machinery, and equipment, including the procurement of necessary materials.

Champion safety initiatives and production efficiency. Develop, implement, and schedule a preventive maintenance program for machinery.

LEADERSHIP FUNCTIONS
Assign and prioritize tasks for the maintenance and facilities team.

Communicate expectations clearly and hold team members accountable for their performance.

Demonstrate fiscal responsibility and effective resource management to optimize outcomes.

ENGINEERING AND ADMINISTRATIVE FUNCTIONS
Plan, execute, and coordinate various engineering and administrative tasks to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.

Supervise maintenance, repair, installation, and design of equipment.

Propose and direct engineering projects aimed at enhancing safety, production efficiency, facility environment, and workplace culture.

Additional responsibilities may be assigned as necessary to meet business objectives. The incumbent will adhere to job-related instructions and perform other duties as requested by management.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a closely related discipline.

Relevant experience or internships may be considered in lieu of a completed degree.

Self-motivated and proactive individual.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Mechanical proficiency.

Competent in computer applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Familiarity with 5S and Lean methodologies is essential.
