Job Title: Stylist - Sales Associate

As a Stylist - Sales Associate, you'll be an ambassador for our brand, promoting our culture and values both internally and externally. Your primary goal will be to drive financial results by achieving individual sales targets and supporting your team members to achieve total store and brand performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be a brand ambassador, promoting our culture and values internally and externally
  • Drive financial results by achieving individual sales targets and supporting team members
  • Ensure individual KPI goals are attained and support team members in achieving their KPI goals
  • Follow through on customer journeys to ensure a positive client experience
  • Support client needs through styling advice and suggestions
  • Deliver exceptional client service in-store, virtually, and through alternate mediums
  • Solution-oriented approach to finding resolutions to customer service issues
  • Create and develop a robust client book based on strong engagement
  • Support floor coverage, financial targets, visual merchandising standards, client service, and operational functions
  • Support all visual merchandising initiatives, adhering to visual directives and maintaining visual standards
  • Support inventory initiatives, including regular Cycle Counts, inventory reconciliation, and processing
  • Partner with the Store Manager/Director to create and execute activations/events in-store
  • Attend all required meetings and contribute to creating a positive team culture
  • Be a strong partner to the corporate team, delivering feedback and insights
Requirements:
  • At least 2+ years of experience in a retail apparel environment
  • Experience in women's apparel retail preferred
  • Familiarity with key retail performance indicators
  • Adaptable, open-minded, active listener, and compassionate
  • Comfortable with computer technology, including PC and iOS devices
  • Effective communication skills (oral and written) to engage with clients and team members
  • Strong fashion acumen and ability to style clients
  • Ability to travel approximately 10% of the time
  • Ability to climb ladders and lift 25+ lbs
