Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced school nurse to join our team at Interim HealthCare of Fenton, MO. As a school nurse, you will provide health services to students, including treating injuries and mild to acute sicknesses, and supporting students with chronic illnesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide health services to students, including treating injuries and mild to acute sicknesses
  • Support students with chronic illnesses
  • Educate students on how to avoid communicable diseases and maintain proper hygiene
  • Administer medications and perform other nursing tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program and active RN/LPN license in Missouri
  • Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a medical facility
  • CPR certification
  • Knowledge of state and federal healthcare laws and regulations
  • Demonstrated clinical proficiency, critical thinking skills, good communication skills, and compassion
