Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Litigation Lawyer to join our team at GPAC. As a highly skilled and accomplished attorney, you will play a key role in representing clients in complex construction litigation cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in construction disputes and litigation proceedings.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to prepare and present cases effectively.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
  • Provide expert counsel to clients on construction law and guide them through the litigation process.
  • Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations as necessary.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient case management.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active bar membership in the relevant state with at least 3 years of experience in civil litigation (construction).
  • Strong understanding of civil procedure and litigation strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional research and analytical abilities.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
