Required Qualifications
Experience
  • A decade of relevant software engineering experience.
  • A thorough understanding of agile methodologies.
  • Extensive familiarity with modern frameworks and emerging technologies.
  • A proven track record in implementing DevOps and SecOps practices.
  • A solid foundation in business operations and strategies, including insights into global business, technology trends, and the financial services sector.

Knowledge
  • Proven ability to develop and architect solutions utilizing the Salesforce CRM platform and its features (required). Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud is a plus.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and relevant services (e.g., Lambda, S3, Athena, Aurora).
  • Familiarity with Eventing Technology (Kafka), architectures, and integration with API-exposed microservices.
  • Deep comprehension of layered solutions and designs.
  • Awareness of security considerations, from access control and authentication to secure SDLC processes.
  • Understanding of DCI/MDM systems, data ingestion, and cloud-scale data sets.
Education
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical or business field, or equivalent experience.
