Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications

Job Description:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by listening to customers' needs, understanding their concerns, and offering tailored solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with T-Mobile's latest offerings and promotions.
  • Analyze customer interactions to identify opportunities for improvement and suggest enhancements to existing processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least 6 months of customer-facing experience in a retail or sales environment.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
