Lodge Server

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Lodge Server to join our team at Snowbowl. As a key member of our Food and Beverage team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with guests and other staff in a professional manner
• Knowledge and adherence to menu, kitchen operations, and Lodge operations
• Physical ability to approach tables, take orders correctly, and serve orders correctly
• Understanding of pricing to ensure drinks are charged correctly
• Ability to utilize cash register and credit card machines correctly
• Ability to correctly calculate daily paperwork at end of shift to ensure correct bank deposits
• Physical ability to maintain a clean environment in the lodge; bussing tables, vacuuming, etc
• Ability to maintain a high degree of professionalism through appearance and behavior
• Ability to adhere to and carry out all policies and procedures as prescribed in the Arizona Snowbowl Employee Handbook
