ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

* Ability to communicate effectively with Guests and other staff in a professional manner

* Knowledge, understanding and adherence to SLL menu, kitchen operations, Lodge operations, Liquor compliance laws, Board of Health regulations, etc

* Physical ability to approach tables, take orders correctly, present order to kitchen and serve orders correctly

* Understanding of pricing to ensure meals and drinks are charged correctly

* Ability to understand and adhere to SLL Meal and Waste policies

* Ability to utilize portion control devices when making alcoholic beverages

* Ability to utilize cash register and credit card machines correctly

* Ability to correctly calculate daily paperwork at end of shift to ensure correct bank deposits

* Physical ability to maintain a clean environment in restaurant; bussing tables, vacuuming, etc

* Ability to maintain a high degree of professionalism through appearance and behavior

* Ability to adhere to and carry out all policies and procedures as prescribed in the Arizona Snowbowl Employee Handbook
