USI Holdings Corporation is seeking an experienced Enterprise Power Platform Solutions Developer to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to collaborate with business partners, design, develop, and support high-quality Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.
About You:
We are looking for a skilled professional with proven experience in Power Apps and Power Automate. Your strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure integrations will enable you to translate business needs into technical solutions. As a seasoned developer, you will be able to manage multiple priorities and deliver solutions using both Standard and Premium licensing features.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain applications and automations with Power Apps and Power Automate.
- SUPPORT LINE OF BUSINESS TEAM MEMBERS THROUGH CITIZEN DEVELOPMENT INITIATIVES.
- Create and maintain education and training material for citizen developers.
- Automate workflows and integrate third-party services with Power Platform connectors.
- Collaborate with business units to understand requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across applications and processes.
- Provide ongoing troubleshooting and support for Power Platform solutions.
Your Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Proven experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure integrations.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with low-code/no-code environments and Citizen Development best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple rapidly changing high visibility priorities.
Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $100,000-$115,000 per year, and it is a bonus eligible position with a target incentive of 10%.
