RPA Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished Automation Developer to lead our efforts in designing and implementing RPA solutions that drive business success. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and develop solutions to address these needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement automations using UiPath RPA platform to enhance business operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
- Analyze data and metrics to inform solution design and optimize performance.
- Design and develop comprehensive testing plans to ensure solution quality.
- Provide technical guidance to ensure smooth implementation and deployment of solutions.

Requirements and Qualifications
- 3-5 years IT and/or systems experience, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent.
- Strong background in UiPath Studio and automation development.
- Familiarity with UiPath Document Understanding preferred.
- Comprehensive knowledge of UiPath ecosystem (Orchestrator, Studio, Robots).

Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive salary range $90,000 - $115,000 per year.
- Eligible for 10% target bonus based on performance.
