- Quality Audits and Investigations: Conduct regular quality audits and investigations to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Training and Development: Provide training and coaching to production staff on quality procedures and best practices.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and complete records of quality-related activities and documentation.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with production staff, quality team members, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Technical Assistance and Support: Provide technical assistance and support to production staff as needed to ensure quality standards are met.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
- Skills and Knowledge: Strong understanding of quality systems, regulatory requirements, and industry standards; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
