About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Rental Operations Coordinator to join our team at Road Machinery and Supplies Co..

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Execution: Execute the contract process, including opening, closing, and fulfillment of rental/sales contracts.
  • Billing and Collections: Bill customers for service, repair, and damages in a timely manner, and assist in customer account collections when needed.
  • Customer Communication: Maintain customer communications for the rental/sales department, including obtaining customer signatures via electronic means.
  • Rental Preparation and Return: Open work orders for rental preparation or rental return, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Additional Duties: Assist the counter in the rental process when needed, and perform additional duties as required by management.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate Degree in Business Management preferred, but experience will be considered.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to initiate, expedite, and follow through to completion with attention to detail.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in the use of communications technologies, with the ability to engage with customers, co-workers, and vendors in a respectful manner.
  • Physical Requirements: Able to push/pull up to 50 lbs, lift/carry up to 60 lbs, and perform other physical tasks as required.
