Job Requirements for Apartment Housekeeper:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in apartment housekeeping is required.
  • Clean vacant apartments for resident move-ins, ensuring a high level of cleanliness and attention to detail.
  • Clean and maintain the apartment community's office, club area, laundry facilities, and storage areas.
  • Remove trash and debris from vacant apartments as needed.
  • Assist with market-ready apartments as required, ensuring they are presented in their best condition.
  • Work overtime, weekends, holidays, and evenings as necessary to meet the needs of the community.
  • Collaborate with the management staff as a team member, providing support and assistance as needed.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures outlined in the Operations Manual.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Property Manager.
  • A stable work history and reliable transportation are essential for this role.
