Startech Network Inc. is in search of a proficient Microwave Antenna Installation Specialist to enhance our dedicated installation team.

In this vital role, you will be tasked with the precise and secure installation of antenna standoff mounts, specifically the Ericsson Mini Link 6366, on a variety of surfaces, predominantly on shelter walls.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Execute the installation of Ericsson Mini Link 6366 antenna mounts on surfaces in accordance with technical specifications and safety protocols.

2. Ensure accurate alignment and positioning of mounts to guarantee optimal signal reception.

3. Employ the necessary tools and equipment for installation, including drills, wrenches, and appropriate safety gear.

4. Collaborate effectively with team members to synchronize installation schedules and project timelines.

5. Conduct comprehensive inspections of installation sites to identify potential obstacles or hazards.

6. Comply with company policies and procedures, as well as industry standards and regulations.

7. Maintain detailed records of installation activities, including materials utilized and work completed.

8. Perform Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) and deliver close-out packages for each installation site.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in the installation of microwave antenna standoff mounts, ideally with Ericsson Mini Link 6366 models.

2. Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and installation diagrams.

3. In-depth knowledge of safety protocols and best practices for working at elevated heights.

4. Capability to work independently with minimal oversight as well as collaboratively within a team.

5. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

6. Proficiency in understanding Method of Procedure (MOP) and integrating Mini Link equipment.

7. Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Certifications in OSHA, CPR & First Aid, and RF Safety.

2. Familiarity with RF (radio frequency) technology and microwave transmission systems.

3. Experience with telecommunications equipment and infrastructure.
