About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care. As a Home Health Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for leading and collaborating with our team to provide management and delivery of patient care plans. You will work closely with our patients, their families, and our interdisciplinary team to ensure that each patient receives the highest level of care and support.

Requirements
  • RN license in the state you work
  • Graduate from an approved school of practical nursing
  • One year of RN experience and the clinical competence to deliver quality patient care

  • A commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting
  • The skills needed to self-manage your time and schedule
  • Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software
