Key Responsibilities- Recruitment and Training: Recruit, hire, and train licensed mortgage loan originators and support staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
- Loan Origination: Ensure the origination of quality loans that meet our company's standards and guidelines.
- Business Development: Develop and maintain strong relationships with realtors and customers to generate new business and strengthen existing relationships.
- Leadership and Coaching: Assume a leadership role among mortgage loan originators, coach, motivate, and support them to ensure growth and profitability.
- Customer Service: Provide a superior level of customer service to our customers and prospects.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports to track sales production and effectiveness of our marketing programs.
- Experience: Three years or more of management experience in mortgage sales, with a background in operations a plus.
- Industry Knowledge: Minimum three years of related experience within the mortgage industry.
- Leadership and Communication Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and guide team members.
- Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-through skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Windows software.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or economics preferred.
- Travel: Travel will be required.
The salary range for this position is USD $43,888.00/Yr. to USD $500,000.00/Yr.
