Job Summary:

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and communicating plans and activities to drive a "team" approach where needed, supporting creation and implementation of quality procedures, specifications, standards, data collection and metrics to ensure products meet or exceed requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to create, update, and maintain process Control Plans and FMEA's.
  • Analyze information and facilitate cross-functional efforts to systematically mitigate risk in "problem areas".
  • Ensure results of root cause analysis are addressed.
  • Assist with process improvement and compliance to deliver high-quality products and services successfully and consistently on a timely basis.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have a BS in Engineering or related technical discipline, experience in a manufacturing environment with 5+ years of relevant experience, and analytical and computer skills with experience with Epicor ERP / MRP or similar and Microsoft 365.

Your salary will be approximately $110,000 per year, depending on your skills and qualifications.
