About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at TBG | The Bachrach Group. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, and delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, jurisdictional agencies, and internal stakeholders, providing guidance and direction to project teams.
  • Project Management: Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Quality Control: Conduct quality control reviews of design elements, contractual obligations, and overall deliverables to ensure they meet company standards.
  • Technical Expertise: Identify, interpret, and resolve technical project issues with minimal oversight, staying up-to-date with the latest regulations and criteria for local, state, and federal regulatory agencies.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members, providing clear and concise communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Business Development: Assist in the coordination of Construction Phase Services, including site visits, bid documents, submittal reviews, and pay applications.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE) from an ABET accredited college or university.
  • Experience: Minimum 4+ years of engineering experience related to Land Development Projects, with a strong background in project management and leadership.
  • Skills: Strong management and leadership skills, with an aptitude to train and mentor staff; experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft office platforms, including Microsoft Project; proficiency with MS Office and email.
