Job Description: Medical Professional for Advanced Musculoskeletal Care

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Professional for Advanced Musculoskeletal Care to join our team at Resurgens Orthopaedics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in orthopedic care and excellent clinical skills to work collaboratively with our physicians, staff, and patients. As a Medical Professional for Advanced Musculoskeletal Care, you will be responsible for performing various tasks, including conducting physical exams, ordering diagnostic studies, establishing diagnoses, and implementing treatment plans. You will also assist physicians in the application of specialized orthopedic devices, fit and measure braces and orthopedic devices, and instruct patients on medication and treatment instructions. Additionally, you will provide monitoring and continuity of care, perform independent evaluations, and take first call for the physician as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you must have a graduate degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program or NP Program, current and active licenses and certifications, excellent customer service skills, demonstrated conflict management skills, and strong organizational skills with great attention to detail. Salary Estimate: $130,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

This estimate includes base salary only and does not account for potential overtime pay or other forms of compensation.
