We are seeking a highly skilled Renal Dietitian to join our team at LifeBridge Health. As a Renal Dietitian, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and education to individuals with end-stage renal disease.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess nutritional status and develop individualized Medical Nutrition Therapy plans for patients.
- Provide nutrition education and counseling to patients and their caregivers.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field.
- Registered Dietitian status with the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
- State licensure in Maryland or the state where the facility is located.
- Minimum of two years of professional work experience in clinical nutrition as a Registered Dietitian.
- Experience working in a dialysis setting is preferred.
