Pharmacist - Community Care Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to join our team at Jacks Pharmacy in Maysville, OK. As a Pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in providing optimal pharmaceutical care to our patients.
Responsibilities- Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently
- Provide medication counseling to patients on proper drug usage and potential side effects
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Monitor patient health and progress to maximize medication efficacy and minimize adverse effects
- Oversee inventory management of pharmaceuticals and medical supplies
- Utilize utilization management techniques to optimize patient outcomes
- Conduct medical management activities in collaboration with other healthcare professionals
- Perform utilization review to assess the necessity of medical services
- Must have a current Pharmacy License with the Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy
- Immunization Permit
- Ability to lift 30lbs
- Salary based on experience
- Medical, dental, vision, disability benefits after 90 days
- Paid vacation
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
- Maysville, OK: Relocate before starting work (Required)
