Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Merchandise Associate to join our team at Walmart. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our shelves are stocked with the right products at the right time.

About the Job

The hourly wage range for this position is $14.00 - $26.00, which meets or exceeds the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. In addition to your base salary, you may also be eligible for annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums based on your schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Walk up to 5 miles each day while fulfilling online customer orders.
  2. Review customer orders, locate and select merchandise on the salesfloor.
  3. Ensure customer orders are filled accurately.
  4. Smile, greet, and thank customers with a positive attitude.
  5. Dispense customer orders quickly and accurately in varying weather conditions.
