Responsibilities
  • Client Care: Provide high-quality care to clients in their homes, following a designated care plan.
  • Home Visits: Make regular home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
  • Medication Administration: Administer medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures as needed.
  • Client Assessments: Perform client assessments as necessary and document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
Qualifications
  • License: Hold a current license as a Registered Nurse in New Hampshire.
  • Experience: Have a minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
  • Education: Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
  • Skills: Possess strong interpersonal skills, solid computer skills, and the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
