Position Summary: As a Senior Recruiter, your primary role will be to ensure that qualified candidates are effectively matched with open positions at our client companies. You will actively search both our internal Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and external job boards for suitable candidates. Additionally, you will facilitate a smooth and efficient candidate flow on a daily basis. A proficient Senior Recruiter is vital to our office environment and plays a crucial role in the success of our branch by providing experience and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls with a positive attitude and a readiness to assist.
- Proactively search the internal ATS and external job boards for qualified candidates to fill job openings.
- Reach out to potential candidates to assess their interest, conduct initial phone screenings, and arrange in-person interviews.
- Maintain accurate and timely records in the company ATS, including follow-up actions.
- Manage the job offer process and assist candidates in completing the post-offer requirements.
- Conduct thorough reference checks in a timely manner.
- Lead job counseling sessions to guide candidates towards suitable placements.
- Oversee onboarding and orientation processes for new assignments.
- Take on increased responsibilities in managing client relationships, particularly with small to medium-sized clients.
- Provide coaching and support to field employees to ensure job satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
- Assist with various clerical and administrative tasks as needed, such as scanning, printing, and filing.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
