Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to develop effective plans of care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized plans of care to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with the nursing team, other disciplines, patients, and families to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered by physicians, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of care.
  • Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure tasks and interventions are implemented effectively.
  • Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts to ensure continuity of care.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
  • CPR Certification required.
