Role Overview:

As our Art Director, you'll work closely with the Creative Director to develop the creative direction and visual development of our events. You'll be responsible for conceptualizing innovative design solutions, collaborating with producers and vendors, and overseeing the design process from concept to completion. Your expertise will inspire and mentor other designers, fostering a collaborative and energetic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop the creative direction and visual development of events.
  • Collaborate with producers, vendors, and clients to conceptualize and execute innovative design solutions.
  • Oversee the design process from concept to completion, ensuring all visual elements align with the event's theme and goals.
  • Inspire and mentor other designers, fostering a collaborative and energetic work environment.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and bring fresh, cutting-edge ideas to every project.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Director to strategize, develop, and deliver proposals to acquire new clients.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of creativity and attention to detail.
  • Work closely with production teams to ensure design concepts are brought to life within budget and on time.
  • Oversee the creative direction and execution of creative assets on the event show site.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Art Director or senior role, ideally within event production, advertising, or a related creative field.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work, including large and small format print design, branding, and digital media.
  • Highly proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and 3D rendering tools.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a creative team.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and engage clients and stakeholders through storytelling.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment while maintaining a positive and collaborative attitude.
