Role Overview: The Senior Analyst in Advanced Analytics is a highly analytical team member who will play a pivotal role in shaping our partners' media strategies and supporting Net Conversion's overarching business objectives. This position involves leading initiatives to collect, analyze, and synthesize data to uncover trends and insights that inform strategic recommendations, ultimately driving our partners toward achieving their measurable goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support cross-functional teams across various platforms.
- Engage with partners for assigned accounts, fostering strong relationships.
- Collect data from diverse partner sources and evaluate market strategies by analyzing relevant products, markets, or trends.
- Utilize business intelligence tools to track and assess partner expenditures.
- Identify potential markets for growth and adapt to environmental changes to enhance partner outreach.
- Recognize trends that facilitate actionable insights and recommendations.
- Perform additional related duties as necessary.
Qualifications: A minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience is required. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or Computer and Information Science is mandatory; a Master's degree is preferred.
Essential Skills:
- 3-4 years of experience in digital media, business intelligence, and/or web analytics.
- The ideal candidate is a problem solver, data-driven, proficient in spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets), and skilled in data visualization.
- Familiarity with a combination of the following platforms or technologies is preferred:
- Reporting and analysis of online marketing channels (Meta, DCM, Google Ads, etc.).
- Reporting and segmentation using either Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.
- Experience with BI/reporting platforms such as PowerBI, Tableau, Domo, Datorama, Google Cloud, Looker Studio.
- Experience in platform implementation/tagging (jQuery/JavaScript) through GTM, DTM, or Launch, with exposure to A/B testing, metadata/taxonomy, and tracking standards.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent analytical and systematic thinking abilities.
- Capability to lead a small team of analysts (1-3 members).
- Strong business analysis acumen.
- Comprehensive understanding of the company's business processes and the broader industry landscape.
