Comprehensive Ophthalmology Specialist

Top Tier Reps LLC is seeking a Board-Certified Comprehensive Ophthalmologist to join their team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to patient care, thrive in a dynamic and growing practice, and manage a busy patient load. Both full-time and part-time options with flexible scheduling are available.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload starting at 15 patients per day, with potential to increase to 30-35 patients daily. Provide comprehensive ophthalmic care, with optional surgical procedures if desired. Collaborate with a full support team, including scribes, receptionists, and technicians. Participate in community outreach and educational programs as needed. Maintain high standards for patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes.
Requirements:
Board Certification: Required, with flexibility on specialties (excluding retina). Experience: Open to new graduates and experienced professionals. Hospital Privileges: Required if performing surgeries; support provided for obtaining privileges. Call Schedule: Optional. If performing surgeries, on-call rotation is 7 days per month. No on-call required for non-surgical roles. EMR System: Experience with Modernize Medicine (EMA) preferred but not required. Benefits: Base Salary: $220,000 to $250,000 annually, plus performance bonuses. Health Insurance: 70% paid by the employer, 30% by the employee (100% employee contribution for family coverage). Retirement: 401(k) with 3% employer match after 1 year of employment. Time Off: 1 week of sick leave, 2 weeks of PTO, and 1 week of CME. Malpractice Insurance: Provided through OMIC, with the candidate responsible for tail insurance before joining. Partnership Opportunity: Buyout option available for those interested in practice ownership. Community & Demographics: Serving adults aged 50 and older, with referrals for pediatric patients unless in an emergency. Predominantly White American (80%) and Asian (15%), from lower to middle-class backgrounds.
