Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated and dedicated SLPs and CFs to join our team. As a Speech Language Pathologist with All About Kids, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of children and families, and to develop your skills and expertise in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children with speech and language disorders
  • Provide direct therapy services to children in a variety of settings, including schools and clinics
  • Collaborate with families and other professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in speech therapy
  • Document services rendered and maintain accurate records

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field
  • New York State licensure in Speech Language Pathology
  • Experience working with children with speech and language disorders
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation

  • SLPs: $100-$125 per hour, potential annual compensation range up to $125,000
  • CFs: $60-$80 per hour, potential annual compensation range up to $85,000
