Job SummaryThe Speech Language Pathologist will provide direct individual and group treatment for students with speech and language deficits based on IEP goals and objectives. The successful candidate will also conduct screenings and evaluations as directed by the Speech and Language Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language deficits
- Conduct screenings and evaluations to identify students' needs and develop IEP goals
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to provide further understanding of the interventions and treatment of students with speech and language deficits
- Provide daily progress notes and quarterly reports
- Manage caseload effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Master's Degree in Speech and Language Pathology
- New York State License in Speech and Language Pathology
- Certification of Clinical Competence
- Certification of Teaching Students with Speech and Language Disabilities
- Strong verbal, written, and computer skills
