Job Summary

The Concierge will serve as the first point of contact between residents and property management teams, providing timely and respectful responses to inquiries and requests.

Responsibilities
  • Answer phone and email inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Complete front desk logs and maintain organized records
  • Ensure the lobby is clean and tidy, and patrol property and amenity spaces as needed
  • Anticipate and meet the needs of residents to provide an exceptional experience
  • Provide administrative support to property management teams as required
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in customer service
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule with open availability
  • Knowledge of basic office equipment and Microsoft Office suite
  • Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
Compensation

$20.00 per hour
