Medical Office Assistant Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Office Assistant to join our team at AnovaWorks PLLC. As a key member of our occupational health care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our clinical services.
Key Responsibilities- Represent AnovaWorks professionally by greeting patients and company representatives in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Assist in the delivery of prompt and quality occupational health services at our clinics.
- Coordinate services, providers, and personnel to ensure seamless patient service.
- Schedule patient visits and testing, prepare patient charts, and accurately obtain and enter client demographics and other data.
- Provide occupational health services, including pulmonary function testing, hearing testing, and CLIA-waived laboratory testing.
- Administer medication and immunizations within scope of practice and as ordered by the provider.
- Clean and stock exam rooms, order medical supplies, and maintain calibration records.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of Medical Assistant course or equivalent with qualifications required for MA-C certification.
- Previous work experience in a medical setting (desirable but not required).
- Excellent customer service skills and strong computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office or equivalent programs.
- Phlebotomy certification (desirable but not required).
$20-$25 hourly wage.
