Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Therapist to join our Integrated Behavioral Health team at the University of New Mexico - Hospitals. As a key member of our team, you will provide comprehensive psychosocial evaluation, assessment, and counseling services to patients and families in a high-intensity clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide counseling, therapy, and psychotherapy services to clients and families
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, discharge plans, and follow-up care programs
  • Consult with other therapists and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Provide emergency services and crisis intervention for individuals with serious emotional or behavioral disturbances
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a related field
  • 3 years of experience in a clinical setting
  • LPCC/CMHC or LCSW or LMFT licensure in New Mexico
Working Conditions

This is a light work position that requires sitting for most of the time, with occasional walking or standing. The position may involve working with biohazardous materials and requires proper personal protective equipment.
