We are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst to join our team at BCforward. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients' business operations by analyzing and improving their financial systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities- Gather and catalog functional, non-functional, and technical requirements for stakeholder requests, ensuring that all requirements are clearly documented and understood.
- Provide subject matter expertise within the business/technical domain to support project deliverables, collaborating with internal application teams to track deliverables and generate reporting to support deployments.
- Ensure changes to the application are compliant with bank standards and policies, working closely with the Development Team(s) to refine requirements into specifications that can be executed by the team.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to create, track, and maintain risk portfolio deliverables, ensuring that all deliverables are completed on time and to the required quality standards.
- Document processes, procedures, and workflows associated with applications, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts to create, analyze, and improve processes and solutions, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Create, maintain, and present training materials for end-users, ensuring that all training materials are clear, concise, and effective.
- Excellent problem resolution skills, with the ability to deliver messages across a wide spectrum of individuals having varying degrees of technical understanding.
- A knowledge of Symphony and Mattermost, with experience with technology deployment processes.
- Experience with ITSM, with a strong understanding of IT service management principles and practices.
- Excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal application teams to achieve common goals.
