About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide phone-based support to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist clients with trading futures products, including domestic and international clients.
  • Support clients within our Stock Plan Services, providing guidance and assistance as needed.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, building trust and rapport through proactive and consultative communication.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and trading strategies, using this knowledge to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
Requirements
  • FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses required, or a condition of employment to successfully obtain these licenses within the allotted training time.
  • Experience working with international clients and processes, either as a contractor or associate.
  • Bilingual in Spanish, Cantonese, or Mandarin preferred.
  • FINRA Series 9-10 license preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in client service, financial services, and/or brokerage services, with a focus on trading and client engagement.
  • Passion for trading and market knowledge, with the ability to proactively discuss trading topics and solutions with clients.
  • Shift flexibility, as this department operates 24 hours a day, 6 days a week.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to effectively mitigate risk and adhere to trading accuracy while following policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • A passion for continually learning and growing knowledge in personal finance, US and foreign markets.
  • Ability to establish trust and rapport with clients over the phone.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written skills, with a strong customer service focus.
  • Resilience to help achieve client happiness in a fast-paced call environment.
